Alexey Obukhov

Alexey Alexandrovich Obukhov ((ロシア語:Алексе́й Алекса́ндрович О́бухов); born 12 November 1937 in Moscow, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union, is a Russian diplomat, Deputy Soviet Foreign Minister in 1990-1991, Deputy Russian Foreign Minister in 1990-1991, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, Cand.Sc. (history) and author.
*Member of the Russian Academy of Arts.
*Son of Alexander Obukhov (1910–1991) – director of "Soyuzliftmontazh" which made lifts, elevators and cable roads in USSR.
==Early life==
Graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 1961. Joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, USSR in 1963.
